Therapeutic Thursday

Option to arrive as early as 6 pm to enjoy the music or you can bring any instruments you would like play at the beginning + end of class. You are welcome to come early to just listen, journal and/or visit. We will be discuss our intention + share, so please bring your journal. If you can or want to just come for the class portion, class starts at 7ish, no later than 7:15pm.

Please always bring a journal, pen, water + wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat + blocks + straps, but there are some in studio if needed.

Suggested class donation is $20, however, your time + energy exchange is the most important currency.

1. Donations can be made through venmo @bluthecollective or @bonnieabele
2. Visit our contribution page to sign up for a membership. If you come to just this class each week, you can save a little money - if you come to some of our other experiences, you can save a lot.

Any contribution allows us to continue to our passions and is greatly appreciated!
