About the Event
Meeting at Big Cottonwood Regional Park - (Creekside) at 12:00-1:30 by the volleyball courts.
Regardless of your own personal physical abilities, we believe an active body = an active mind. This non-threatening exercise is accessible to all body types and physical levels. We will participate in a variety of body weight movements that will help contribute to better flexibility, movement, cardiovascular health + stress reduction.
We will be starting at 12 with a warm up and then moving into a 30 minute range of body weight movements and exercise. 12:45 we will cool down, stretch and reflect and at 1 connect, converse and eat if you bring a lunch!
