This week, remember a pillow and blanket if you want it!
Each week on Thursday at 7pm we will be offering an end of the week hour wind down. This could be yoga with live guitar, sound bowls or meditiation- or all 3.
Come with the intention of connecting to yourself. To letting go of the week, and finding inner stillness and peace.
Yoga mat and blocks are suggested but not necessary and water is always good for your body.
These classes are FREE. Donations are always kindly welcomed. Donations help pay for the space and allows us to continue sharing our passions with you as much as we can!
