Please arrive 5-10 mins early.
This week restorative yoga and sound healing with Jess. Slow intentional movements and longer, juicier holds complemented by frequency of all sorts. Bring your blanket and pillow!
Come with the intention of connecting to yourself, to letting go of the week, and finding inner stillness and peace.
Yoga mat and blocks are suggested but not necessary and water is always good for your body.
