This week let's implement some journaling. Meditation, mudras, chakras, slow and gentle and also power will all be incorporated this week! Hope to see you there~
Come with the intention of connecting to yourself. To letting go of the week, and finding inner stillness and peace.
Yoga mat and blocks are suggested but not necessary and water is always good for your body.
