About the event
Class will start with aromatherapy to set the space. You will begin with a guided meditation which will focus on breath work to help calm your mind as you slowly transition into a Sound Bath. The sound vibrations will help shift your brain into a further meditative and relaxed state, making it easier to experience a deeper meditation.
Come in your comfy clothes! Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket and allow yourself to drift away! Being bathed in sound waves is unlike anything you’ve experienced before. You will leave feeling zen and blissed out.
The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including gong, drums, tuning forks, rainsticks, chimes, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, etc.
Location: Synchronicites - Class will be held in the downstairs studio.
