We have been honoring the season by slowing down and turning in, now it's time to honor the fire 🔥within. We will be journaling, meditating and practicing power yoga.
No worries, if you just need the atmosphere. Come lay on your mat and spend time with this incredible community! There is always a lot to gain from the conversation and energy of this space.
Feel free to come as early as 8:45 to visit. Class will start promptly at 9:10am.
