About the event
December 4th from 12-4 join us at Vitalize for a casual, likely emotional, healing circle including women + men. As mentioned the first Sunday is usually reserved for our women's circle, but during these dark, sometimes isolating months, I think it is important to be inclusive.
There are costs that are obviously associated with using studio space, supplies, food, drinks etc. However, I would love for anyone coming to contribute however is needed right now. That can be monetary, you could bring a food or drink to share, but most importantly, your time+ energy as currency is all the exchange expected.
Suggested contribution is $20 per person.
There are cushions and seatbacks as well as yoga mats and bolster. Chairs are also available if sitting on the floor is not an option.
