Yoga with Bonnie

10am Yoga at the park Sunday, July 16th. 

Bring your yoga mat or practice right on the earth.  Class will be accessible for all body types and skill levels. We will have extra mats, blocks and straps if needed. It'll be warm, please bring some water and apply sunscreen as needed. 

We will be park hangin after at the drum circle and have park games and other family friendly activities if you feel like staying after! Bring your own stuff/food/park supplies.

The yoga class is $22. 

Alternative payment option of $33 if you combo it up with Keys to your Breath at 9am, same place.
