Yoga Jam

Tonight there is an option to arrive as early as 6 pm to enjoy the music or you can bring any instruments you would like play. There will be extra instruments if you want to join in or you can just come early listen, journal and/or visit. We will be setting intention and sharing so please bring your journal. We will start class as normal about 7:10-7:15. 

Tonight's class will be challenging, but you will be rewarded with an extra juicy savasana with the live guitar played by Nick Nelson of Vinyl Koala.

Please always bring a journal, pen, water + wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat + blocks + straps, but there are some in studio if needed.

Suggested class donation is $20, however, your time + energy exchange is the most important currency.
