Therapeutic Thursday

During class we will connect to our mind, body + soul.

We will start class connecting to the mind through different journaling exercises, astrology, +  learning about different spiritual teachings. When we move our body we are encouraged to stay in our own lane, honoring the unique design of our own vehicles. Some classes are power, some are restorative and most are somewhere in between. We connect to our soul through stillness, community, mediation, tarot + occassionally reiki and sound healing. We are grateful to know and share our pratice with different practitioners, through many different modalities. 

Please always bring a journal, pen, water + wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat + blocks + straps, but there are some in studio if needed.

Suggested class donation is $20, however, your time + energy exchange is the most important currency.
