Therapeutic Thursday

Please bring your journal, water and wear comfortable attire. Yoga mat, blocks and straps are available at the studio if you need them. Feel free to bring a blanket + pillow.

Suggested class donation $15, however, your time is the greatest currency. Free for members of Blu the Collective.
