About the event
We get the honor of practicing yoga one last time as a group with Intisam + Teagin before their big journey across country to Georgia. Think of this as another going away party- honoring the impermanence of every scared space… we never know when we will all be together again under the same roof, if ever.
As an extended gift to Intisam + Teagin, Bonnie + Jess will be collaborating this weeks class!
So buckle up for a firey Vinyasa + a delicious sound experience.
Please bring your journal, water and wear comfortable attire. Yoga mat, blocks and straps will be needed, but are available at the studio if you don't have them. Feel free to bring a blanket.
Your time is the greatest currency, but donations are welcome. Suggested donation for class is $15, free for members of Blu the Collective.
