Therapeutic Thursday

This week we are going to go a little deeper into meditation + mudras (subtle hand gestures) + chakras (energy centers in your body) + practice some yoga to the relaxing sounds of the live guitar played by our friend, Nick Nelson. 

Bring your yoga mat, blocks if you need them and water. If you have none of these items, no problemo- we got you covered at the studio.

Therapuetic Thursday's are donation based classes. If you feel inclined: Cash or Venmo @Bonnie-Abele but your time is the most important currency to me!
