About the event
This week we are going to practice a vinyasa yoga sequence with Jojo!
Bring your yoga mat, blocks if you need them and water. If you have none of these items, no problemo- we got you covered at the studio.
Therapuetic Thursday's are donation based classes. If you feel inclined: Cash or Venmo @Bonnie-Abele but your time is the most important currency to me! And don't worry, Jojo gets paaaaid ;)
