About the event
Each week on Thursday at 7pm we will be offering an end of the week hour wind down. This could be yoga with live guitar, sound bowls or meditiation- or all things combined.
This week Bonnie & Jojo are going to use the new moon energy to create an intention setting, transformative, powerful and relaxing experience.
What you need this week virtually and in studio:
- Journal & pen
- Yoga mat & blocks (there are some at the studio if you need them, at home a sturdy pillow will work)
- Water
- Open mind/heart
Class is FREE. Suggested donation is $20 for class this week. Donations help pay for the space and allows us to continue sharing our passions with you as much as we can!
