About the event
Each Thursday at 7pm we will be offering an end of the week 60+ish minute wind down. This could be yoga with live guitar, sound bowls or meditiation- or all 3.
This week, enjoy an all levels yoga flow taught by the lovely Jojo. Our class will be accompanied by the live guitar played by our talented friend Nick Nelson.
Come with the intention of connecting to yourself, letting go of the week, and finding inner stillness and peace.
Yoga mat and blocks are suggested, (blocks not necessary) and water is always good for your body. If you are joining virtually, the link will be in your email!
