This week Bonnie will guide you through 30 mins of restorative yoga focusing on Anahata, the heart chakra. This will be followed by 30 mins of sound bath by the amazing Annie. <-- Find Annie on IG at @thehumantuner
For class this week you will need (want):
- Yoga mat
- Strap & 2 blocks (there will be some provided if you don't have them.)
- Blanket & pillow (if you want)
- Water
This class is donation based or FREE, whatever you need (Venmo @Bonnie-Abele). Do NOT let money deter you from coming.
