Restorative Yoga | Meditation | Breath Work | Sound Healing

Consider Tuesday's the Yin to Thursday's Yang. Come experience restorative or yin style yoga with mediation, breathwork + sound. Each week we will have different space holders and experiences will vary- but guaranteed they will  always be magical.

You can arrive as early as 6:45pm. Class starts at 7pm. 

Things you could bring, but we will have if you need:

♥️ Journal + Pen

♥️ Yoga mat + any props

♥️ Blanket + pillow if you prefer your own

Suggested donation of $23.23 can be paid upon registration, Via Venmo @bluthecollective (business account), paypal or cash. This class will be $11.11 for members of Blu.
