PRACTICE-part #3- Focus

This segment of the Growth Community has been in the works for quite some time now.

The creation of this group has come from my own times of feeling stressed, excited, unmotivated, optimistic, overwhelmed, lost, not confident,  etc. etc.

In this 6 part Development Series, we will take time to build our own segment of the growth community. This segment of our community is based around taking time to define one’s purpose. By us taking time to explore the concept of Purpose, we develop a deeper sense of awareness, and a more clearly defined vision. This vision helps us understand what we want our role to be on this planet.

We will attempt to deepen our awareness and vision through an array of different activities and exercises. Some of which could include:

  • Movement
  • Reflection exercises
  • Guided visualizations
  • Breath activities
  • Connection to nature
  • Community building
  • Intentional purpose planning
  • Group discussion and connection

By participating in these different practices ones Purpose could become more clear. Once one feels clear, this could lead to better overall life balance as well as a more intentional approach to they way one wants to live their life. This feels good!

 As mentioned prior, this is a 6 part-development series. In this series not only are we seeking to grow Mentally+Physically+Spiritually+Professionally, but to also to create commuity that supports one another through that development. Having a community that is seeking positive growth in themselves and supporting that growth process in one another, feels like one of the most fullfilling things we get to experince as humans.

What is needed for the experience:

The whole activity will be outdoors. Wear clothes that will keep you comfortable and will be easy to move in. We will be doing a good amount of wilderness walking/moving meditation during this experience.

$40 per person, per class 

$30 per person, per class -If you plan to attend all 6 classes
