Who hasnt felt moments of anger, overwhelm. depression, anxiety, joy?
In this mindfulness workshop we will start to create awareness around our own inner voice, and what that voice is saying. We will do this through an array of mindfulness practices that will help us return to the present moment over and over. It is in the present moment, that PEACE exists. When we are in the present moment we are not torturing ourselves about something that happend in the past or worriyng ourselves about something that could happen in the future.
This will be a safe an open environment for all to come, regardless of your experiencne with mindfulness. By you taking the time to participate in this workshop means you are doing something nice for yourself, and that is to be applauded!
