Keys to Your Breath

Breathwork is a powerful tool for somatic (body) healing that has been around for thousands of years in various forms. Modern breathwork uses the science of how the breath interacts physiologically with the body & mind. Working with the breath as a tool for healing allows you to control the intensity for which things arise for you. Allow me to guide you on an journey of discovery, self-healing and learning this day 🙏😌  

Things to bring: 

🌕 An intention for class 

👉 Your bod in comfy clothes 

💧Water (Hydrate throughout the day + Electrolytes!) 

🧡 A personal item for the Altar 

📔 Journal 

🪬 Optional Yoga Mat + blanket (There are some at the studio for you)  

We will practice a different form of breathwork each month. You can show up with no experience or plenty of experience and get something great from it. Say YES to showing up for YOU!  

Class is hands-on including physical touch if you want, fully engaged support if needed, aromatherapy and class will end in a sound bath and meditation.

You can arrive as early as 6:45pm. Class starts at 7:00pm.

First and foremost, if you attend more than 3-4 classes a month I would highly consider visiting our contribution page to sign up for a membership. OR contributions can be made simply when you register for the class, Venmo @bluthecollective (business account). Also accepted, ApplePay, paypal, cash or trade. Any contribution made allows us to continue to our passions and is greatly appreciated!
